IIT Foundation Mathematics Faculty (Classes 6–10)
Experience: 4+ years preferred in Foundation
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Mathematics, B.Tech., M.Tech., or equivalent (B.Ed. preferred)
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Faculty to teach students of Classes 6–10 under the IIT Foundation Program. The candidate should build strong mathematical concepts, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics for Classes 6–10 using concept-based and application-oriented methods.
Strengthen fundamentals in Algebra, Geometry, Arithmetic, Number Systems, and Mensuration.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question banks, and assessment materials.
Conduct regular tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor student performance and provide feedback to students and parents.
Encourage logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
Maintain an engaging and disciplined classroom environment.
Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings.
Required Skills
Strong command of Mathematics concepts for Classes 6–10.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in creating worksheets, assessments, and study materials.
Passion for mentoring and motivating students.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IIT Foundation.
Familiarity with CBSE curricula.
Experience with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance.
