Just Law is seeking a dedicated, articulate, and detail-oriented Legal Associates to join our litigation team. We are looking for a dynamic professionals who is well-versed in the procedural and practical aspects of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, District Courts and Other Tribunals and is ready to contribute meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior counsel and represent clients in proceedings at the High Court, Chandigarh.
- Draft complex legal documents, including writ petitions, appeals, legal notices, and applications.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage case files, track hearing dates, and ensure all court filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing case updates and legal counsel.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a reputed university.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 yearpracticing at the High Court, Chandigarh.
- Language Skills: Must have good fluency in both spoken and written English, with a proven ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal drafts.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical abilities, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to case management.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
