About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, execute marketing campaigns, generate quality leads, and support brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, market research, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content, social media posts, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Update and maintain the company website with relevant content and product information.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Generate B2B and B2C leads through digital channels and coordinate with the sales team.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Support outreach activities through email, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels.
- Create marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, workshops, trade shows, and branding events.
- Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and maintain lead databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing, and Digital Campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Canva, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, content writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
