Role Overview
Transparent Overseas is looking for a skilled MIS Executive with strong coding and analytical abilities to manage business reports, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, databases, and programming to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and automated reports.
- Write and optimize code for data extraction, reporting, and process automation.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to generate business insights.
- Support ERP, MIS, and database-related activities.
- Create Excel automation using advanced formulas, VBA, or Macros.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate business data.
- Troubleshoot reporting and system-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL, and Coding (Python/C#/Java or similar).
- Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or other reporting tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Firozabad.
