As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will work directly with the leadership team on high-impact strategic, operational, and growth initiatives. This role requires a strong problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, can drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, and contributes to critical decision-making at a fast-scaling startup. You’ll serve as a strategic extension of the Founder’s Office and play a key role in enabling efficient execution across the organization.
Conduct deep-dive research, analyze business data, and prepare strategic insights, reports, and presentations for leadership.
Lead and support cross-functional initiatives across Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Tech teams.
Build and maintain performance dashboards, MIS reports, and business review documents.
Drive business development activities including proposal creation, pitch decks, and competitor/market benchmarking.
Own and streamline internal processes, meeting cadences, and cross-team communication to ensure timely execution.
Manage special high-priority projects, operational problem-solving, and strategic initiatives from planning to implementation.
Act as a point of coordination between the Founder’s Office and internal/external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
This role provides end-to-end exposure to how a fast-scaling startup operates, with direct access to the leadership team. You will contribute meaningfully to strategy, execution, and organizational growth—building a strong foundation for leadership roles in startups, consulting, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
