Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Diagnose equipment faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
- Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Train customers on the safe and effective operation of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal technical support and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain service tools and equipment.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status and recommendations.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support (experience requirements may vary based on role level).
