Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a gradution and strong capability in teaching Chemistry for Boards and MHT-CETaspirants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, clear, and concept-driven lectures in Chemistry for Boards and MHT-CET.
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans and study materials.
- Develop question banks, test series, and assignments aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and periodic assessments.
- Track student progress and provide individual mentoring to help them improve.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty to continuously improve teaching strategies.
- Stay updated with changes in exam patterns and syllabus.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong academic background with deep conceptual understanding of Chemistry.
- Passion for teaching for MHT-CET is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and classroom management.
- Dedication to student success and learning outcomes.
