We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, and follow-ups
- Explain products/services clearly to potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for better conversions
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and meetings
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM is a plus)
