Revenue / Reservation Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage hotel reservations, OTA platforms, guest inquiries, and booking operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel reservations and a strong understanding of OTA management, guest communication, and occupancy optimization.
Candidates currently based in Goa or Noida will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle hotel reservations through direct bookings, phone calls, emails, and OTA platforms.
- Manage and update inventory, rates, and availability across OTA channels.
- Coordinate with guests regarding booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Respond to reservation inquiries promptly through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Monitor occupancy levels and support revenue optimization initiatives.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Resolve booking-related issues and guest concerns professionally.
- Generate reservation reports and booking summaries as required.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hotel Reservations.
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms such as:
- Booking.com
- Airbnb
- Agoda
- MakeMyTrip
- Goibibo
- Expedia
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Experience handling reservation calls, emails, and guest queries.
- Good understanding of room inventory management and booking processes.
- Comfortable working with reservation software and hotel management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
- Candidates from IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) will be given strong preference.
- Experience with boutique hotels, resorts, villas, vacation rentals, or mid-sized hospitality brands is highly preferred.
- Understanding of revenue management and occupancy planning will be an added advantage.
Important Note
- Candidates must be currently based in Goa or Noida, or willing to relocate immediately.
- We are specifically looking for candidates with practical reservation management experience in hospitality operations.
- Candidates with experience in boutique hotels, resorts, villas, or hospitality management companies will be preferred over candidates whose experience is limited to large five-star hotel environments.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and industry background.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Assagao, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
