This is a great opportunity for an experienced/senior Diesel Mechanic who's ready to step up and combine leadership with hands-on work. You'll oversee a small, team while working across a diverse fleet of buses and coaches—including cutting-edge EV technology
The role:

Leadership and support of a small workshop team to deliver high-quality work

Ensuring our fleet is road-ready and compliant for daily operations

Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe workshop environment

Managing workshop admin tasks, including payroll and fleet systems

Mentoring and developing team capability
About you:
- Qualified and experienced (5 years+) Diesel Mechanic, with leadership experience or clear potential and motivation to advance into a leadership role.

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Previous leadership experience or ready to take a step up.

Strong communicator with a lead-by-example, hands-on leadership style.

Organised, reliable, and takes pride in high standards

Class 2 Full Drivers License
