Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Teach English language and literature to Grades 6 to 10 following CBSE guidelines.Lesson Planning: Design engaging lesson plans incorporating smart boards and digital learning tools.
Assessment: Conduct continuous evaluations, grade assignments, and track individual student progress.
Co-curricular Support: Organize literary events, debates, and public speaking activities.
Parent Communication: Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
Required Qualifications
Education: B.A. or M.A. in English Literature from a recognized university.
Professional Degree: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE secondary school.
