Job Title: Executive – Purchase & Quotation Specialist
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement of actua.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain quotation records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and provide timely quotations.
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain procurement documentation and vendor databases.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software/hardware procurement and quotation preparation.
- Hands-on experience in Adobe software and HP hardware or Any IT hardware procurement.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of quotation preparation and vendor coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
