About the Role
WebSenor is looking for a dedicated and confident Counsellor who can guide students/candidates regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs. The candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling experience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested candidates.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth admissions and onboarding.
- Maintain records of student interactions and admission status.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
