Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle room reservations, walk-in bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Manage daily operations using IDS Hotel Management Software.
- Handle bookings received through OTA platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, and the hotel's direct booking channels.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory across all booking platforms.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping and Operations teams to ensure room readiness.
- Address guest queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and reservation requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records, invoices, and billing information.
- Process payments through cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
- Ensure proper documentation as per hotel policies and government regulations.
- Prepare daily occupancy reports, cash reports, and shift handover reports.
- Maintain the reception area with a professional appearance at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist in a hotel.
- Hands-on experience with IDS Hotel Management Software is mandatory.
- Experience managing OTA platforms including Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, and Airbnb.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Odia will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or any relevant field.
- Experience in handling corporate bookings and group reservations will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of channel managers and revenue management basics is a plus.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
