General Manager – Real Estate Sales: Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire sales team.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop sales strategies to increase property sales.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff.
Build relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Handle key customer negotiations and deal closures.
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Manage sales budgets and revenue growth.
Drive business expansion and new project sales.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
