School Psychologist
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, qualified, and dedicated School Psychologist to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, administrators, and other professionals to promote student well-being and create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological, behavioral, and educational assessments.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students.
- Identify and support students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges.
- Develop intervention plans and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement effective support strategies.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support plans where applicable.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
- Promote mental health awareness and preventive programs within the school community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of student information.
- Stay current with best practices, ethical standards, and relevant educational and psychological regulations.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, School Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification to practice as a psychologist in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral interventions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
