N V Brothers Constructions Pvt Ltd is a mechanical EPC construction company with active project sites across Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and West Bengal. We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function across our head office and multiple project sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and exit formalities
- Handle payroll processing and performance management (KPI/KRA framework)
- Design and maintain job grading structures and designation frameworks across departments and sites
- Ensure statutory compliance — ESIC, EPFO, BOCW Act, Labour Licence, and related filings
- Develop and implement HR policies across multi-site operations
- Coordinate with site-level HR/admin staff on attendance, muster rolls, and labour compliance
Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/EPC or a labour-intensive industry
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, BOCW Act)
- Comfortable managing HR across multiple sites, not just head office
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
