About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR Operations and Payroll functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance management, payroll processing, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support document collection, verification, and employee file management.
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and requests.
- Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Assist in attendance and leave data validation.
- Support payroll data preparation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with employees for bank details, statutory information, and payroll-related documentation.
- Help resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 months of experience/internship in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing and attendance management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
