Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Executive – Surety Bond to manage client relationships, explain surety bond products, follow up on leads, and support sales closure. The role involves inside sales, coordination with insurers, and assisting clients with bond issuance and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients for surety bond requirements
- Explain surety bond products, terms, and documentation to customers
- Coordinate with insurance companies for bond issuance and approvals
- Follow up on leads and support sales conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and corporates
- Assist clients with renewals, endorsements, and documentation
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records in CRM
- Achieve assigned sales and relationship management targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Insurance
- Basic understanding of Surety Bonds / Guarantees
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Experience in inside sales, relationship management, or coordination roles
- Target-oriented and detail-focused approach
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
