The HR Assistant will support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and contract management for project-based staff. The role ensures timely coordination with internal teams, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to institutional HR policies. This position is key in maintaining smooth HR operations within the project management framework of MSSRF.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or related/allied disciplines.

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure documentation completeness.

Prepare offer letters, onboarding kits, and ensure completion of joining formalities.

Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate induction schedules.

Draft, issue, and track employment contracts for project staff.

Follow up on contract expiries and coordinate timely renewals.

Maintain updated personnel records, HR databases, and attendance registers.
