Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to assist customers by answering their queries, resolving basic issues, and providing excellent service. Candidates should have basic English communication skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required).

- Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
