Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Supervision
- Supervise erection of module mounting structures, module installation, and cabling (DC & AC).
- Oversee installation of string inverters, SCBs, AJBs, ACDBs, LT/HT panels, transformers, and earthing systems.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications.
- Manage site manpower and ensure productivity as per project schedule.
Testing & Commissioning
- Perform testing of DC strings, IV curve tracing, insulation resistance, and polarity checks.
- Support commissioning of inverters, SCADA systems, and synchronization with the grid.
- Resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
Quality & Safety
- Implement strict quality control measures and industry standards (IEC/IS).
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce PPE usage.
- Ensure zero-incident culture and report near-misses immediately.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client representatives for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and material consumption logs.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
