Position: Senior Executive – Payroll & IR
Location: Nagpur

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions for payroll processing.
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory benefits.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
Attendance & Leave Administration
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.
- Validate attendance data received from various departments.
- Track leave balances, overtime, late arrivals, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with department heads for attendance regularization and approvals.
Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations (ER)
- Support the implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain employee records, warning letters, notices, and other IR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and supervisors to address workplace concerns and grievances.
- Assist in fostering harmonious employee relations and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Support plant HR activities related to workforce management and compliance.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, returns, and records.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities regarding compliance matters.
- Stay updated on labour laws and statutory amendments.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Generate HR-related reports and support audits.
- Assist in onboarding documentation and employee record management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 4–10 years of experience in Payroll, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Statutory Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processing, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
