We are looking for a Barista/Bartender at Back to Source.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, mocktails, shakes and other beverages as per company standards.
- Ensure beverage quality, presentation and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of the beverage station and equipment.
- Manage beverage inventory, monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records and report replenishment requirements.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of all beverage ingredients and supplies.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming, attendance and discipline policies.
- Support smooth restaurant operations and assist the team when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
