Job Description:
Vpride Hair & Skin Clinics is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating client visits to the clinic through outbound calling and follow-ups. The candidate will connect with potential clients, explain available hair and skin treatments, and convert enquiries into confirmed clinic appointments. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trust with clients, and a focus on achieving daily and monthly visit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
2. Explain clinic services including hair and skin treatments in a clear and professional manner.
3. Convince potential clients to visit the clinic for consultation.
4. Schedule and confirm appointments for clinic visits.
5. Follow up with interested clients to ensure they attend their appointments.
6. Maintain records of calls, client responses, and appointment status.
7. Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth client handling during visits.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for client visits and appointments.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle client queries and convert leads into clinic visits.
- Basic knowledge of hair and skin treatments is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
Experience:
0–1 years in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Compensation: Salary + Performance Incentives based on appointments and client visits generated.
