Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive / Local Buyer to manage local procurement activities across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, hands-on procurement experience, and must own a two-wheeler for daily local purchasing activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle local procurement of materials from vendors across Bangalore.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely purchases.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Verify and manage Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Challans (DC), E-Way Bills, and other procurement documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain procurement records and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Local Buying.
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Purchase Orders, Quotations, Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, and local procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (preferred).
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
