Graduate Engineering Trainee
Education: BE / BTech – Mechanical / Production / Plastics (2025 or 2026 passouts only)
Experience: 0-1 year
Software Skills: SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor / UGNX / CATIA (Any certified Software skills would be a plus)

Job Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Create design concepts and detailed engineering.
- Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance, and durability.
- Non-complex design and programming functions are performed independently.
- Prepares technical documentation and performs unit testing.
- Conduct design review to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of GD & T, stack-up analysis, different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc.
- Maintain defined quality standards and procedures.
Desired Skill Set:
- Good spoken & written English skills.
- Positive Attitude and high energy level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A learning attitude is a must for this role.
- Good at engineering basis should know the manufacturing process would be plus.
- Willingness in handling multidisciplinary domain
- Analytical skills and troubleshooting would be a plus.
