- Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between the insurance company and the allocated bank branch network
- Sales Generation: Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual branch sales targets through cross-selling.
- Team Handling: Coach, mentor, and monitor the performance of frontline staff and relationship officers to maximize productivity and conversion ratios.
- Lead Mining: Leverage the existing bank customer base for lead generation, financial needs analysis, and policy pitching.
- Business Quality & Persistency: Monitor business metrics, ensuring high-quality renewals, low policy lapses, and strong persistency rates.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per month
