Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research:
Conduct surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and pain points.Information Architecture: Build wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and sitemaps to map out product navigation.Visual & UI Design: Design high-fidelity mockups, UI elements (buttons, menus, widgets), and establish color and typography standards.Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes and run usability tests to validate designs and fix problems.Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, stakeholders, and software developers to hand off designs and launch final products.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience:
1+ years of professional experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity UI.
