The QC Engineer / Inspector will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance of plastic packaging products used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and personal care industries. The role involves inspection, documentation, and adherence to quality standards.
- Incoming, in-process, and final inspection of plastic packaging products.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Visual, dimensional, and functional inspection using measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality inspection records and documentation.
- Identify defects and report non-conformities.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and quality guidelines.
- Support customer complaint handling and internal quality issues.
- Coordinate with production and QA teams.
- Maintain quality discipline and housekeeping on shop floor.
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, or related engineering discipline.
- 1–2 years of QC experience in plastic packaging for pharma, cosmetic, or personal care industries.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Experience with vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges.
- Understanding of common plastic defects.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in pharma-grade plastic packaging environment with strong attention to detail.
