he Team Lead will manage last mile delivery operations at the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring timely dispatch, efficient routing, and smooth execution of deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily last mile operations at the DC
- Manage delivery staff and assign routes
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery performance
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of field staff
- Handle escalations and resolve delivery issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and line-haul teams
- Maintain reports on daily performance and KPIs
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics or last mile operations
- Strong team handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Willingness to work in shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
