Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing household staff, maintaining the property, coordinating vendors, and ensuring smooth household operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all household staff, including housekeeping, cooks, drivers, gardeners, and security personnel.
- Create staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations with external vendors and service providers.
- Oversee household inventories and procure supplies as required.
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate family schedules, appointments, and special events when required.
- Ensure smooth operation of all household systems and services.
- Handle guest hospitality and ensure a pleasant experience for visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding family and household matters.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property and address issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in managing household budgets and vendor relationships.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹30,018.59 - ₹40,595.21 per month
