Duties:
- Assist in creating architectural designs and plans under the guidance of senior architects
- Collaborate with the design team to develop project concepts
- Utilize software such as Sketch up, CAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks
- Participate in project meetings and provide support in project management activities
- Contribute to budgeting and negotiating with contractors and vendors
- Assist in renovating existing structures and designing new construction projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in Sketch up, CAD, Revit
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in architectural projects is a plus
