*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting home automation and home theatre systems, ensuring seamless functionality and excellent client experience. This role involves fieldwork, frequent site visits, and requires willingness to travel as per project needs.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Install, configure, and commission home automation systems (lighting, security, climate control, etc.) and home theatre equipment.
* Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of installed systems.
* Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers.
* Conduct system testing to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with the sales and design team for customized client solutions.
* Maintain accurate service logs and reports.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
* Travel to client sites across Erode and Coimbatore for installation, service, and support activities.
*Key Requirements:*
* Experience or training in electronics, electrical systems, or home automation preferred.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and customer interaction abilities.
* Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
