Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Solution Architect/Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, customization, and integration of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise across OFSC modules, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to architect scalable field service solutions aligned with business requirements.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, integration teams, middleware teams, and project delivery teams to implement end-to-end Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Field Service Cloud Implementation & Configuration
- Design, architect, and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions for multiple customer engagements.
- Configure and support OFSC modules, including:
- Resource Management
- Work Zones
- Work Skills
- Locations & Calendars
- Capacity & Quota Management
- Routing Plans and Optimization
- Collaboration Module
- Communication Module
- Mobility Module
- Core Manage Module
- Business Rules
- Statistical Parameters
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OFSC solutions.
Integration & Solution Design
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Field Service Cloud and enterprise applications such as:
- Oracle Sales Cloud
- Oracle Service Cloud
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Oracle Fusion Applications
- Other CRM/ERP platforms
- Configure outbound message scenarios and notification triggers to external systems.
- Define payload structures and collaborate with middleware teams to ensure seamless integrations.
- Utilize OFSC APIs and web services to support integration requirements.
- Recommend and implement best-practice integration frameworks and methodologies.
Customization & Development
- Customize OFSC Manage and Mobility screens based on customer requirements.
- Develop new functionalities and custom user interfaces using display profiles.
- Configure advanced business rules and operational workflows.
Documentation & Support
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), solution architecture documents, and implementation guides.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities.
- Liaise with Oracle Support through Service Requests (SRs) to resolve product-related issues.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor teams comprising solution consultants, integration developers, and testers.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support presales activities by developing demos, estimations, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Participate in solution reviews, client workshops, and architecture discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing multiple OFSC projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in OFSC configuration and administration.
- Expertise in OFSC Routing, Capacity Planning, Resource Management, Mobility, and Communication modules.
- Experience with OFSC APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of Oracle CRM, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Strong understanding of field service management business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Experience leading small to medium-sized project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Field Service Cloud certifications (preferred).
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Knowledge of middleware platforms and integration tools.
- Experience supporting presales and solution design activities.
