Job Title: Production Supervisor

Cradle Runways (I) Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering company providing Solutions for accessing all kinds of facades. Cradle Runways offers the complete range of façade access systems from eyebolts to davits to Building Maintenance Units.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Set daily Production Plan & targets, and communicate to the Operators.
- Organize Work flow or Job Allocation to the Operators by assigning responsibilities, accordingly preparing production schedules.
- Oversee or train or assist Operators as and when required.
- Check Production Output of each individual according to the Specification.
- (Production Target Sheet will be shared separately).
- Identify issues in Efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Train new Operators on how to safely use Machinery and follow procedures.
- Ensure safe use of Machineries & Equipment’s and schedule Maintenance of
- Machines & Equipment’s on Periodic basis.
- Maintaining Attendance Records of all the Operators and Supporting Staff
- Employees on Register.
- Enforce discipline during Intervals (In Time, Out Time, Tea Breaks & Lunch
- Time). If necessary take strict disciplinary actions to maintain Shop Floor Discipline.
- Maintain Stock of C – Class & B – Class Production Items as per the List Provided.
- Also provide Raw Material Requirements well in Advance for C – Class& B – Class Production Items.
- Fill Daily Production Sheets (Job Card) with each Operators Sign as per the format specified.
- Maintain month wise Production Plan & Status data as per the Format Specified(In Soft Only ).
- Enforce or Maintain Product Quality Standards without by passing Production Processes.
- Strict disciplinary Actions to be taken for any casual approaches related to Quality of the Product, Machines & Equipment’s Usage.
- Enforce discipline in terms of Operators Leaves, prior information is must in case of emergency. Monthly Leave Plan to be taken on that basis Production Planning should be done.
- Any Other additional responsibilities on temporary basis may be given as per
- Management Requirements.
Qualifications:
- BE Mech / DME with at least 1 year of experience in a similar industry is essential
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
