As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our dealer network and drive business growth.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across your assigned territory. This role requires frequent market visits, strong relationship-building skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, distributors, and workshops within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Promote products from 20+ leading automotive brands.
- Collect and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Expand dealer coverage and increase product penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, automotive spare parts, FMCG, industrial products, or distribution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket will be an added advantage.
