- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities for all departments.
- Coordinate with departmental heads for vacancy requisitions and staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, campus recruitment, and walk-ins.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate selection processes.
- Conduct preliminary screening and interview coordination
- Maintain healthy employee relations and ensure a positive work culture.
- Address employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
- Conduct counseling sessions and employee interaction meetings.
- Support disciplinary procedures and issue warning letters when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts/Payroll department.
- Verify overtime, incentives, attendance, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMIS data.
- Prepare HR reports and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure issuance and maintenance of ID cards, uniforms, and employee records.
- Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee separations.
- Handle full and final settlement coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel HR policies.
