ROLE: Academic Counselor
Location: Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives (Performance-Based)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student engagement, lead conversion, and maintaining strong relationships using CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, website leads, and social media platforms
- Counsel students on various courses offered by CADD Centre
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable career-oriented programs
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain and regularly update student data in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, messages, and emails
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth onboarding of students
- Support marketing initiatives such as seminars, webinars, and promotional campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
