Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated dairy processing equipment (filters, separators, homogenizers, pasteurizers, churners) to produce high-quality dairy products while adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and control dairy machinery (pasteurizers, separators, churners) for processing and packaging of milk, cream, and other products.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor pressure gauges, temperature controls, and flow rates to ensure optimal performance.
- Sanitation (CIP): Clean and sterilize equipment using Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and manually clean components to ensure hygiene.
- Quality Control: Perform on-the-spot quality checks and testing at various processing stages.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of production volumes, temperature, and maintenance logs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to Food Safety Standards, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.
