is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Technical Head – Lithium Battery Systems who can lead technical operations, guide teams, establish processes, and drive innovation in lithium battery and energy storage projects.
We are looking for a responsible leader with strong technical authority who can mentor teams, solve complex challenges, and help build advanced battery solutions with safety, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all technical activities related to Lithium-ion Battery Systems & Energy Storage Solutions
- Provide technical guidance and strategic direction to engineering and project teams
- Develop and implement battery system standards, SOPs, and safety protocols
- Handle high-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- Support product development, testing, validation, and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, electrical safety norms, and quality requirements
- Coordinate with management, vendors, clients, and technical teams for smooth project execution
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Evaluate new technologies, innovations, and process improvements in battery systems
- Drive operational excellence, technical efficiency, and risk management
Required Expertise & Skills:
- Strong analytical, decision-making & problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of EV, Solar, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Battery Applications
- Excellent communication, reporting & project coordination skills
- Strong expertise in Lithium-ion Batteries, BMS & Energy Storage Systems
- Deep understanding of battery lifecycle, thermal management & safety systems
- Experience in technical leadership and team management
- Ability to independently handle critical technical operations and client discussions
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Energy, or Related Engineering Field
- Proven experience in Lithium Battery / EV / Renewable Energy Industry
- Leadership mindset with strong operational and technical management capabilities
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
