Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations.
- Ensure all departments operate according to hotel standards and SOPs.
- Monitor occupancy, guest feedback, and service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
Staff Management
- Supervise department heads and team members.
- Conduct daily briefing meetings.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance.
- Identify training needs and organize staff development programs.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of employees.
Guest Service
- Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor online reviews and guest feedback.
- Implement corrective actions to improve guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Guruvayur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel: 6 years (Required)
