Job Title: Freelance Franchise Sales Executive (Remote)
Location: Remote
Languages Required: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential franchise partners, presenting the company’s franchise model and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to explore new territories and expansion opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise sales and achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees.
- Provide detailed information on franchise requirements, fees, and operations.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective franchise partners.
- Support franchisees throughout the onboarding process and ensure smooth setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams for operations, marketing, and franchise support.
- Track franchise sales progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Attend virtual and in-person franchise events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of franchise business models and sales processes.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and effectively close sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve business growth.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- Total work experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- Franchise sales experience: 2 years (Required)
