About the Role:
- To execute projects related deliverables in multiple locations – both green field & brown field.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- To execute all projects by analyzing the budget & timeline, overseeing various steps of the project, and working together with the company leaders.
- Coordinate with all functions from conceptualization to commissioning phases of project & ensure successful completion of projects by exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables meet established standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment.
- Manages multi-disciplinary project teams and supervises/directs project team members, professional engineers, engineering consultants and technical personnel.
- Review electrical designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry.
- Carry out feasibility studies, Cost estimation for project proposals & initiate management approvals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong in project execution.
- Basic understanding of GMP.
- Proficient in continuous process industry green and brown field projects.
- Well versed in installation and commissioning of equipment’s and support utilities.
- Proficiency in resource management in project implementation.
- Must be efficient in resource management – Staffing, materials, processes & projects.
- Should be competent in MEP design using CAD.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall execution of project including erection, commissioning & resolution of issues in a life cycle of project.
- Ensure legal / regulatory compliance & functional requirements are meet by efficient planning and management of complex green & brown field projects activities right from conceptualization to commissioning, product validation & commercial production out of plant.
- Define and implement a robust project review mechanism to ensure project deliverables are meet within approved budget, time & risk are escalated to appropriate level.
- Define project teams deliverables and ensure that they are adhered with fine balance between Quality, Time, and Cost.
- Installation and commissioning of excipient manufacturing facility.
- Installation and commissioning of utility and services.
- Execute the project as per the approved drawing.
- Arriving the BOQ as per the approved drawing.
- Coordinate on licensing activity related to project site.
- Maintain and developed technical data base and Spread Sheet.
- Support in tracking the project in macro level.
- Review of Drawing and technical documents.
- Project scheduling and Task management.
- Follow up with all resources and ensure project is completed within timeline.
- Checking the quality and quantity of works in project site.
- Coordinate in verbal and written communication within project team.
- Design & drafting of PFD, P&I and detailed Engineering Drawings.
- Design & commissioning of Excipient / Nutra / Pharma / Food manufacturing facilities.
Job Specification:
Qualification – Preferably BE/B.Tech in EEE / E&I.
Experience – 12-18 years of relevant Industry experience.
The role will involve travelling to other project locations.
