Role: Human Resources Intern
Mode: Remote
Duration: 3 Months (Initial Phase)
Stipend: 6000 with 50k worth or certifications and courses
First 2 months: Unpaid (High-learning, high-ownership phase)
Post 2 months: Performance-based stipend / PPO / Paid role opportunity

About the Role
This role demands ownership, maturity, and flexibility. HR does not operate on fixed hours—there may be periods requiring extended working hours, especially during hiring cycles and onboarding phases.
You will:
Manage end-to-end hiring, coordination, and onboarding
Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, and rejection messaging professionally
Work closely with founders and team leads on performance tracking and engagement
Support HR operations, documentation, and internal culture initiatives
Experience real startup HR workflows—not simulated tasks
Who We're Looking For
This role is not for casual interns.
We are specifically looking for candidates who are:
Responsible, determined, and task-oriented
Comfortable with ownership and accountability
Willing to invest long hours when required
Emotionally mature and professional in handling candidates
Eager to learn real-world HR operations in a fast-paced startup
Preferred:
MBA (HR) students/graduates or candidates with a strong interest in HR
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Prior exposure to HR tasks is a plus, but not mandatory if learning attitude is strong
