Roles & Responsibilities
- •Sourcing candidates through different hiring platforms.
- •Coordinating with HODs for profile shortlisting.
- •Scheduling and managing interviews (Telephonic, Virtual & In-person).
- •Candidate documentation verification.
- •Preparing and processing offer letters.
- •Candidate follow-up until joining.
- •Conducting exit interviews with HODs and HR Head
Qualifications
- •MBA - HR
- •Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- •Convincing and planning skills.
- •Ability to handle recruitment operations efficiently.
