About the Role
Inland Hospital is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care across various departments, including General Ward, ICU, CCU, NICU, Emergency, OT, Labour Room, and other specialty units. The ideal candidate will work closely with consultants and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive healthcare.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) as required.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing supervisors, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies, ethical standards, and quality protocols.
Qualifications
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Fresh graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, NICU, Emergency, OT, or Labour Room will be an added advantage.

- Sound knowledge of nursing practices and patient care standards.
- Excellent clinical, observational, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,948.15 per month
