Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations and close sales.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance and product displays.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and leads.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Visit potential and existing customers to generate business.
- Identify new sales opportunities in assigned areas.
- Develop relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, builders, and corporate clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Local candidates preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
