Sales Executive – Automobile Industry
Job Description:
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling automobiles, generating leads, attending customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building customer relationships, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Promote and sell vehicles as per customer needs
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, and finance options
- Arrange test drives and follow up with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Generate leads through field activities and customer references
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up
Qualification:
- Plus Two / Any Degree
- Basic computer knowledge required
