Roasted Cafe and Juice Bar is a modern premium café offering a wide variety of Coffee pizzas, burgers, fries, sandwiches, shakes, coffee, and beverages. We focus on high quality, consistency, and fast service. We are locally owned and is located in Leh Ladakh.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, fries, and other café food items
- Prepare and assist with shakes, cold beverages, and basic coffee if required
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and work area
- Manage prep work, stock, and ingredient storage
- Follow standard recipes and portion control
- Work efficiently during peak hours
- Maintain food safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in café, QSR, or fast food kitchen
- Experience with pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and fries is required
- Basic knowledge of café operations
- Fast, clean, and organized worker
- Able to handle pressure during rush hours
- Reliable and punctual
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
